Morning of registration will start at 6am and end at 7:15 for an additional $15. Packet pick up also starts at 6 am and will end at 7:30 |
| Bike Course |
The bike course is a two loop set up. This is a short course but challenging with two BIG climbs up 4th South. Be prepared for any weather conditions. Last year we had temps at around 45 degrees for the bike ride but be prepared for colder. |
| Swim Course |
The swim course is the last of the three disciplines and is indoor at the Orem Fitness Center. Due to the remodeling we are unsure how we will enter the water this year. It all depends on if the project is completed by race day. This is a 350 meter swim in a 50 meter pool. Participants will enter one end and finish at the other end. It is a snake style swim meaning the you swim 50 and snake under the line and swim the next 50. All swimmers will be traveling the same direction in their respective lanes. Water temps are around 80 degrees. |

We are looking for a main sponsor. "Your Name Here" Turkey Tri and 5k Turkey Trot. Contact Coach/Race Director Shaun for details and a sponsorship packet. All proceed go to benefit the youth at Telos.
Orem police and the Orem Fitness Centers lifeguards will be on hand to help with safety and traffic control. Last year we had over 100 participants register the morning of which caused a lot of unanticipated time. So, please pre-register at www.active.com. Medals will be given to top three in each age group. Random drawings for prizes and prizes for overall winners will be given. Come join the party. This is a fun race to watch so bring you friends and family. Better yet, challenge them to come race. |
