Craig LaMont is primarily a husband and father of five. Although he loves his profession and excels therein, he also loves to get involved in many other activities. As co-founder of Telos Residential Treatment, and consequently co-founder of T3 Team Telos Triathlons, he has found a way to combine work and coaching together. Craig has always had a passion for sports and training. He was a multi-sport athlete in high school and an Academic All-American and 4-year lettermen in NCAA Wrestling. He is a certified personal trainer; a triathlete and triathlon coach; and head wrestling coach for a local school team, a private club, and the state of Utah’s National Kids Wrestling team. He is a trained and certified coach in wrestling and soccer and has coached 4 championship soccer teams. He also coaches football and baseball for the local community. Craig is also actively involved in board service, church service, community service, and scouting. Craig has founded, owned and operated a number of residential treatment centers and is known for his valuable consultation skills in the industry. He currently acts as the CEO and Triathlon Coach at Telos. Craig is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has worked in and studied the mental health industry since 1990. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Brigham Young University. Craig is passionate about serving teens and families and has dedicated his professional and volunteer time to that work.

Shaun was born and raised in Orem, Utah. He is married and has two beautiful daughters. Shaun has been working with youth for over seven years. He loves the outdoors and enjoys skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing, mountaineering, and mountain biking. His passion is triathlons, and he has been coaching adults and youth for the last three years. Shaun is a certified personal trainer as well as a certified USAT triathlon coach level I. Shaun has competed in multiple Ironman distance triathlons with a personal best of 10:42:03 at Ironman Arizona. He completed the Wasatch 100 mile trail run last year in 32:35 which he plans to best this year. Shaun loves to share his knowledge, talents, and passion for the sport with the students and staff at Telos as he watches them progress. |
